Refund and Cancellation Policy

​​At Romantic & Group Boat Tours, we strive to provide you with the best boating experience possible. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before booking to ensure a smooth experience.

1. Reservation Changes and Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance: Full refund of the booking amount.

  • Cancellations made between 3 and 6 days in advance: 50% refund of the booking amount.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking: No refund will be provided.

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your booking without any additional fees if done 7 or more days in advance. Rescheduling requests made between 3 and 6 days in advance will incur a 20% rescheduling fee. No rescheduling is allowed within 48 hours of the booking.

2. Weather-Related Cancellations

Your safety is our top priority. In the event of severe weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your trip:

  • Weather cancellations made by Romantic & Group Boat Tours: Full refund or option to reschedule at no additional charge.

  • Weather cancellations made by the customer: Treated as a regular cancellation, following the same guidelines as above.

3. No-Shows

  • If you do not show up for your scheduled booking without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation request, using the original method of payment.

5. Special Circumstances

  • In case of emergencies or unforeseen events (e.g., serious illness or family emergency), we may consider refunds or rescheduling on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.
