Cancellation Policy
Refund and Cancellation Policy ​​At Romantic & Group Boat Tours, we strive to provide you with the best boating experience possible. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before booking to ensure a smooth experience. 1. Reservation Changes and Cancellations Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance: Full refund of the booking amount. Cancellations made between 3 and 6 days in advance: 50% refund of the booking amount. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking: No refund will be provided. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your booking without any additional fees if done 7 or more days in advance. Rescheduling requests made between 3 and 6 days in advance will incur a 20% rescheduling fee. No rescheduling is allowed within 48 hours of the booking. 2. Weather-Related Cancellations Your safety is our top priority. In the event of severe weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your trip: Weather cancellations made by Romantic & Group Boat Tours: Full refund or option to reschedule at no additional charge. Weather cancellations made by the customer: Treated as a regular cancellation, following the same guidelines as above. 3. No-Shows If you do not show up for your scheduled booking without prior notice, no refund will be issued. 4. Refund Processing Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation request, using the original method of payment. 5. Special Circumstances In case of emergencies or unforeseen events (e.g., serious illness or family emergency), we may consider refunds or rescheduling on a case-by-case basis.
